Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

The Quality Assurance Specialist will work on‑site in Ain El Remmaneh, ensuring that all beverage products meet the company’s high standards for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. This full‑time position collaborates closely with production, procurement, and management teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor product quality throughout the production process and conduct regular inspections.
• Review batch records and perform routine checks on raw materials and finished goods.
• Document findings and work with production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain and improve quality systems, support internal and external audits, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, and management to ensure consistent product quality.

Required profile

• Strong background in Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
• Experience in Quality Management and familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Ability to plan and conduct Quality Audits.
• Relevant degree or diploma in food science, chemistry, industrial engineering, or a related field (beneficial).
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in beverage, food, or FMCG manufacturing is a plus.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
