About the role
grfn is looking for a Proposals Engineer to join its team in Beirut. The role turns opportunities into winning proposals by working with different teams and bringing ideas together into strong submissions.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposals and tenders.
- Review tender documents, requirements and scope of work.
- Coordinate with technical teams to gather the required information and inputs.
- Support the preparation of clear, accurate and competitive submissions.
- Manage proposal timelines so submissions are delivered on time.
- Research and identify relevant opportunities and support the tendering process.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in proposals, tendering or a similar role.
- Good command of English.
Required skills
- Strong communication and technical writing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
