Project Operations Coordinator (US Hours)

About the role

An international organization is expanding its team in Lebanon and hiring Project Operations Coordinators on an independent service‑provider basis. Based in Zouk Mosbeh, you will work aligned with US operating hours and act as the operational focal point for service delivery, provider scheduling, and international client coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and own incoming service requests throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate operational tasks with field service providers.
• Update and maintain internal operational systems with real‑time data accuracy.
• Proactively track work orders, resolve delays, and manage necessary escalations.
• Coordinate daily with international team leads and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Superior organizational ability, strong follow‑through, and stress tolerance during high‑volume periods.
• Background in dispatch, project coordination, customer service, or logistics is a plus (not mandatory).
• Ability to work on‑site in Zouk Mosbeh during US business hours.
