Project Coordinator – Maintenance Dispatch

About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage U.S.-based maintenance work orders from start to completion, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review, and understand assigned maintenance work orders.
• Source, contact, and hire qualified technicians across the United States.
• Negotiate pricing while maintaining job profitability.
• Schedule technicians according to client requirements and deadlines.
• Communicate with technicians before, during, and after service.
• Continuously follow up on active work orders and coordinate check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Ensure submission of photos, reports, invoices, and completion documentation.
• Order required parts or materials when necessary.
• Provide internal updates on job progress and resolve service issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and handle multiple work orders simultaneously.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written.
• Strong negotiation, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Effective problem‑solving under pressure.
• Good computer proficiency and professional interaction with technicians and internal teams.
• Previous experience in dispatching, project coordination, facility management, or maintenance operations is a plus.
