Project Associate – Public Health Field Coordination

About the role

The Project Associate will support field implementation and monitoring of public health projects in Lebanon, ensuring timely and effective delivery in line with IOM standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in field implementation and monitoring of public health activities.
• Retrieve, compile, analyse and present project data across Lebanon.
• Monitor budget availability, obtain approvals and track expenditures.
• Act as focal point for administrative coordination with internal units and external partners.
• Draft status reports, identify operational challenges and suggest remedial actions.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, briefing notes, graphics and presentations.
• Organise meetings, workshops, training sessions and field activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, nursing, health sciences or related field with at least three years relevant experience, or high school diploma with five years experience.
• Experience supporting field implementation, monitoring and reporting of public health projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate with field teams, community workers, partners and stakeholders.
• Experience liaising with governmental authorities, UN agencies and NGOs.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (oral and written).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
