Production Coordinator – Healthcare Education

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Production Coordinator to support our fast‑growing healthcare education team in Rabieh. You will ensure projects run smoothly, deliverables meet quality standards, and timelines are respected.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to Sales and Project Management teams.
• Schedule and organise internal and external meetings, handling all logistics and documentation.
• Maintain and update databases, target‑group lists, and internal trackers for data accuracy.
• Coordinate project timelines, monitor progress, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and event materials.
• Collaborate with designers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage travel logistics, including flight bookings, accommodation, and visa coordination.
• Gather client and internal feedback to drive continuous process improvement.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, office administration, production support, or customer service.
• Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.

• Familiarity with project tracking tools.
