Production Assistant (Business Management Graduate)

About the role

We are looking for a recent graduate with a degree in Business Management or MIS to support the Production Manager of our Bed & Bath linen division. The role is full‑time, onsite in Sin El Fil, and focuses on administrative and coordination tasks that keep production running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Production Manager with stock level control, product specifications, and preparation of re‑orders.
• Create and manage labels, barcodes, and stickers for linen products.
• Monitor production data, maintain filing systems, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Communicate production orders and specifications to supervisors, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards.
• Support day‑to‑day administrative duties in line with company policies.

Required profile

• University or institute degree in Business Management or MIS.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
• Positive attitude, ability to meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with good organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop.
