Product Owner – Ecosystem & Intelligence

About the role

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the Ecosystem & Intelligence function at noknok, a fast‑growing grocery delivery platform. You will shape the integration between noknok and partner brands, turning the shopping experience into a seamless, habit‑forming journey for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a unified customer profile across noknok and Spinneys+.
• Build reward systems that incentivize customer actions and drive retention.
• Define and deliver smart recommendation, search and messaging features for the marketing team.
• Collaborate with engineering, data and marketing teams to translate product vision into shipped features.
• Measure success through repeat visits, long‑term customer value and data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of product management experience focused on customer retention, personalization or data‑driven products.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for using data to understand user behavior.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, data science and marketing teams.
