About the role
We are looking for a qualified pharmacist to lead our new Helwé boutique in Antelias. The role combines pharmacy expertise with skin‑care consulting, overseeing daily store operations and delivering personalized product recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct skin consultations and recommend tailored products.
- Educate customers on ingredients, benefits, and usage.
- Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling and promotions.
- Manage customer relationships, CRM updates and routine follow‑ups.
- Oversee inventory levels and product ordering.
- Design visual merchandising and product displays.
- Prepare daily sales and customer insight reports.
- Support marketing campaigns and influencer initiatives with on‑ground feedback.
- Create in‑store content and promotional materials.
Required profile
- Passion for skincare, cosmetics and beauty.
- Fluent in French, English and Arabic.
- Pharmacy degree (Doctor of Pharmacy).
