Performance / Growth Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a Performance / Growth Marketer to drive acquisition, improve lead quality and deliver measurable growth for 800 Storage’s digital channels. You will own paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and emerging platforms, and optimise the WhatsApp‑first conversion flow.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn/X.
• Build and refine Click‑to‑WhatsApp campaigns and WhatsApp‑centric lead journeys.
• Scale budgets responsibly while protecting lead quality and reducing cost‑per‑qualified‑lead.
• Implement and maintain tracking set‑ups using GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, UTM parameters and Meta Conversion API.
• Analyse funnel performance, run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, offers and landing pages, and continuously improve conversion rates.
• Track and report key KPIs such as booking call or appointment rates.
• Collaborate with sales and creative teams to align targeting, messaging and qualification criteria.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to uncover new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
• Hands‑on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of lead‑gen funnels, tracking, attribution and analytics.
• Experience with Meta CAPI, GA4, Google Tag Manager and CRM tools.
• Comfortable managing WhatsApp‑driven lead flows and optimising lead quality.
• Analytical mindset with clear communication and reporting habits.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n or respond.io is a plus.
