Partnerships Coordinator – UNOPS Contractor (Level 4)

About the role

The Partnerships Section at UNICEF seeks a Partnerships Coordinator to support donor proposal development, reporting, and stewardship. Working from the Beirut office, you will help create new opportunities with private donors and coordinate regular donor visits to the field.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality donor proposals and timely reports.
• Coordinate and facilitate donor and partner visits, ensuring smooth logistics.
• Support engagement with National Committees and private partners.
• Monitor and follow up on new private donor opportunities.
• Assist the team in achieving its weekly donor‑visit agenda.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in international relations, political science, communications, international development or a related field (or secondary school plus two years experience).
• Minimum four years of experience in public affairs, programme management, resource mobilization, external relations or similar areas.
• Experience with donor‑funded projects or emergency contexts is an asset.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; knowledge of French or another UN language is a plus.
