Operations Officer – Beit Misk Compound

About the role

The Operations Officer will be the primary point of contact for residents at Beit Misk Compound, ensuring that day‑to‑day services run smoothly and that resident satisfaction remains high. This role combines customer service, facilities coordination, and administrative oversight in a dynamic residential environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle resident inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain high resident satisfaction.
• Coordinate and follow up on maintenance, security, cleaning, landscaping, and other operational matters.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth execution of all services.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and track pending issues.
• Assist in implementing operational procedures and improving service quality.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Previous experience in operations, property management, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
