Operations Executive

About the role

The Operations Executive acts as the bridge between US clients and a network of field technicians in Lebanon, overseeing service requests from intake to completion. This role ensures the right technician is assigned, keeps all parties informed, and guarantees delivery to client standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for US clients and coordinate with technicians and subcontractors across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Review incoming service requests and assign the appropriate technician based on trade, location, and availability.
• Brief technicians with job details, monitor progress, and follow up until completion.
• Track multiple jobs simultaneously, update clients on status, and proactively flag any delays.
• Handle issues by rescheduling, reassigning, or escalating to maintain a smooth client experience.
• Communicate professionally with US clients by phone and email throughout the working day.
• Report job status, recurring issues, and key developments to management.

Required profile

• Strong command of written and spoken English for client‑facing communication.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in engineering, business, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in operations, engineering, or subcontracting.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment.
• Flexibility to work the PM shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM) aligned with US business hours.
