About the role

The Operations Executive will oversee import and cross‑trade shipments, ensuring each shipment moves smoothly from booking to final delivery. Working closely with customers, agents, shipping lines and internal teams, the role is pivotal for reliable logistics performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage import and cross‑trade shipments from booking through to delivery.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, customers and internal departments.
  • Track shipping documents, arrivals, releases and overall shipment status.
  • Maintain timely and accurate communication with all stakeholders.
  • Resolve operational issues and follow up until completion.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Transport and Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
  • Strong knowledge of import and cross‑trade procedures.
  • Excellent communication, organization and follow‑up abilities.
  • Capability to independently manage shipments from start to finish.
  • Proficient command of English.
