Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Operations Coordinator to join our Beirut office. The role blends business‑development support with day‑to‑day operational coordination, giving early‑career professionals exposure to sales, client management, and internal processes within a growing IT services company.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of sales and business‑development strategies, including outreach follow‑ups, CRM management and lead tracking.
• Coordinate with external partners, cold callers and prospects to maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Manage social‑media presence and outbound communications.
• Provide client communication support and follow up on ongoing projects with internal teams.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings and team workflows.
• Assist with onboarding logistics for new clients and projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations and documentation as needed.
• Maintain organized records to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 1–3 years of professional experience; mindset and drive are valued over years of experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is a strong plus.
• Highly organized, proactive and reliable, able to manage multiple priorities without close supervision.
• Confident communicator comfortable on calls with clients, partners and team members.
• Strong interest in business, sales and company growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not mandatory.
