Operations Account Manager – HR, PRO & GRO Services

About the role

AstroLabs is seeking a Lebanon‑based Operations Account Manager to lead HR, PRO and GRO services for its post‑setup business line in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures seamless regulatory compliance and supports client growth across licensing, Saudization and government portal management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end HR, GRO and PRO service delivery, including license renewals, work permits and payroll coordination.
• Manage Saudization initiatives and ensure compliance with Saudi labour and corporate regulations.
• Maintain and operate governmental portals such as QIWA, GOSI, Mudad and related systems.
• Handle a portfolio of client accounts remotely, monitoring KPIs and driving renewal and retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve client experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations or account management within a fast‑paced, KPI‑driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail, process orientation and ability to manage complex accounts independently.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Saudi governmental portals (QIWA, GOSI, Mudad).
• Knowledge of licensing, work‑permit and Saudization processes.
