Odoo Software Implementer

About the role

We are seeking an Odoo Software Implementer to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and deliver tailored Odoo ERP solutions that improve efficiency and support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client business requirements and translate them into Odoo configurations.
• Configure and implement Odoo modules such as Accounting, CRM, Sales, Inventory, Purchase and HR.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, including system setup, testing, data migration and go‑live support.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, prepare user guides and deliver training sessions.
• Provide post‑implementation support and resolve functional issues.
• Document project details, maintain clear records and collaborate with project managers and technical teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Odoo functionality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Odoo or ERP implementation.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication and client‑facing skills.
