About the role

Join New Home Star in Annville, PA, as a New Home Sales Consultant representing Garman Builders. You will guide prospective buyers through the entire new‑home purchasing process, leveraging industry‑leading training and technology to close deals and earn uncapped commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead & Close: Advise and assist buyers from initial interest to contract signing.
• Sales Development: Participate in continuous training to deepen product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Marketing & Outreach: Promote the builder’s brand through local networking and marketing initiatives.
• Customer Relationship Management: Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage activities, and maintain accurate records.
• Community Leadership: Provide market insights that influence builder decisions and community development.

Required profile

• Availability: On‑site work required, including weekends.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales, customer service, or real‑estate with a proven high‑performance record.
• Education/License: Bachelor’s degree preferred; must obtain a real‑estate license during training.
• Other: Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and liability insurance for personal vehicle.

Required skills
