Multiple IT & Sales Roles – Cold Calling, Account Manager, ERP, Senior Support

About the role

Genatec Lebanon is expanding its Horch Tabet branch and is looking for motivated professionals to support its Canadian operations. The company offers flexible morning and evening shifts for four distinct positions: Cold Calling/Business Development Representative, Account Sales Manager, ERP Expert, and Senior L3 IT Support.

Key responsibilities

• Cold Calling/BDR: generate leads, qualify prospects, schedule meetings, maintain CRM records and meet lead‑generation targets.
• Account Sales Manager: manage a portfolio of client accounts, identify upselling opportunities, conduct presentations, negotiate contracts and monitor customer satisfaction.
• ERP Expert: implement and configure ERP solutions, analyse business processes, provide user training, troubleshoot issues and document system changes.
• Senior L3 IT Support: deliver advanced technical support, resolve complex incidents, collaborate with engineering teams and ensure service continuity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the relevant field (cold calling, sales/account management, ERP implementation, or senior IT support).
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Goal‑oriented attitude with ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with CRM software is an advantage for sales roles.
• Experience with ERP systems is required for the ERP Expert role.
