Multimedia Designer – Animator (0-2 yrs)

About the role

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Multimedia Designer with a focus on animation to join its creative team. The role involves creating motion‑based content for social media, digital campaigns, presentations and marketing assets, ensuring each piece is on‑brand and visually compelling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and animate graphics for a variety of digital formats, including social media, web, and presentations.
• Interpret creative briefs and translate concepts into motion designs that tell a story.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while managing timing, movement and detail.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and developers to integrate motion assets into larger projects.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to accelerate concept exploration, storyboard generation and repetitive production tasks.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of professional experience in animation, motion graphics or multimedia.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, timing and attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable and able to work in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback.
