Microsoft Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

The QA & QC Engineer will ensure quality, reliability, and release readiness of enterprise solutions built on SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Automate and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, scenarios, regression packs and acceptance criteria for Microsoft‑based applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, exploratory, usability and end‑to‑end testing across SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Validate integrations between SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Power Platform and third‑party services, including APIs, webhooks and data flows.
• Identify, document, prioritize and track defects using Azure DevOps or Jira, and conduct regression testing after fixes.
• Support UAT, release validation, production‑readiness testing and post‑release verification.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional QA/QC experience, preferably with Microsoft enterprise applications.
• Strong functional testing expertise and ability to understand complex business workflows.
• Excellent written and spoken English and attention to detail.
• Based in Lebanon with full availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S. Central Time.
