MEP Projects Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled MEP Projects Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our construction projects. The role focuses on timely delivery, quality control, and budget management while ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee on‑site execution of MEP works, keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop plans and timelines.
• Lead the MEP team, coordinating design implementation and scope of work.
• Review and approve submittals, shop drawings, and material selections for compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections, resolve technical issues, and address delays.
• Ensure integration with civil, structural, and architectural disciplines.
• Maintain records of inspections, tests, and certifications.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and work with procurement for timely sourcing.
• Update clients and senior management on status, challenges, and achievements.
• Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and mitigate issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of MEP management experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record on large‑scale installations in buildings, hospitals, malls, schools, residential and commercial complexes.
• Experience in West Africa (Ivory Coast) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of local building codes, safety standards, and international best practices.
