Marketing & Sales Specialist – Children’s Publishing

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing & Sales Specialist to join our Lebanese children’s publishing house in Jnah. You will play a key part in promoting our books, building relationships with schools, and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement practical marketing and sales strategies.
• Manage the publishing house’s social media presence.
• Communicate with customers about prices, sales terms, offers, and programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools through visits, presentations, and regular follow‑up.
• Prepare and maintain organized databases of key contacts, clients, schools, and institutions.
• Plan and organize engaging activities and events for children.
• Proactively respond to challenges, proposing creative solutions and new ideas.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, email campaigns, newsletters, promotional content, and presentations.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Strong command of both Arabic and English.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to develop professional relationships with customers, schools, and institutions.
• Creativity and interest in children’s books, education, or publishing are an advantage.
