Maintenance Specialist

About the role

The Maintenance Specialist ensures that all facilities, equipment, and systems operate safely and efficiently. You will perform both preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and respond to emergencies to keep the workplace running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Diagnose faults and execute timely repairs across electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations, including after‑hours calls.
• Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers when specialized services are required.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
• Ensure tools, spare parts, and safety standards are consistently available and adhered to.

Required profile

• Valid public driving license.
• Strong maintenance background with relevant experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work outside regular hours when needed.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
