Maintenance Coordinator/Officer

About the role

The Maintenance Coordinator/Officer will act as the central point of contact between the Guest Relations department, the technical team and external suppliers to ensure smooth operation of approximately 400 rental apartments across Beirut, Batroun and Mount Lebanon. This role requires proactive scheduling, rapid problem‑solving and thorough documentation of all maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Receive guest maintenance claims, prioritize them and dispatch tasks to the technical team.
• Maintain and update daily maintenance schedules, including emergency interventions.
• Assign, monitor and verify completion of tasks, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
• Provide technical support for urgent decisions and coordinate with regional maintenance coordinators.
• Conduct snagging and commissioning for new property listings.
• Manage petty cash in the Senior Coordinator’s absence.
• Coordinate quotations and inquiries with suppliers and outsourced contractors.
• Perform regular inventory of the maintenance store, tools and equipment.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Civil or Electro‑Mechanical) or recent graduate with relevant experience.
• Experience in maintenance coordination or a related field is preferred.
• Strong command of English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, handle limited supervision and take accountability.
• Excellent time‑management, reporting and planning abilities.
