Machine Operator

About the role

As a Machine Operator at Liban Cables, you will run production equipment to meet daily targets for quantity, quality and delivery deadlines. You will work on the shop floor in a fast‑paced environment, contributing to the company’s mission of sustainable electrification.

Key responsibilities

• Start, stop and adjust machines according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor machine performance and productivity, reporting any breakdowns or non‑conformities.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products and document any defects.
• Identify and communicate risks, failures or problems within your area.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace using 5S principles.
• Perform autonomous maintenance tasks to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Technical degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting (preferred).
• Strong teamwork, commitment and ethical attitude.
• Fluent in French or English.
