Learning and Talent Management Manager

About the role

The Learning and Talent Management Manager will report to the HR Director and lead the university’s learning, performance, talent and organisational development agenda. The role is responsible for creating a high‑performing, engaged community that is ready for future challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the university’s Learning & Development strategy, conduct needs assessments and coordinate leadership, managerial, technical and soft‑skill programmes.
• Develop and continuously improve performance management frameworks, policies, tools and rating methodologies for academic and administrative staff.
• Establish talent management and succession planning processes, identify critical roles, support individual development plans and strengthen internal mobility.
• Create and drive employee engagement, recognition and workplace experience initiatives aligned with university values.
• Develop HR analytics, KPIs and dashboards for learning, performance, talent and engagement, translating data into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Management or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred.
• Proven experience leading learning, development, performance and talent initiatives in a complex organisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret people data and drive change.
