About the role

Kuanta is expanding its visual presence across high‑tier portfolios and seeks a Lead Visual Operator to capture architectural, editorial and lifestyle imagery that reflects a high‑contrast, brutalist aesthetic.

Key responsibilities

Document enterprise‑grade agency operations, elite lifestyle settings, and physical apparel drops.
Shoot, edit and deliver images rapidly to support the company’s scaling initiatives.
Ensure visual dominance and consistency with high‑end editorial standards.
Manage the end‑to‑end visual workflow without creating bottlenecks.

Required profile

A strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of contrast, shadow and negative space.
Ability to work at startup speed, delivering polished images quickly.
Self‑directed approach, taking ownership of shots without micromanagement.
Understanding of brutalist and high‑end editorial visual language.

Required skills

Professional photography (architectural, editorial, lifestyle).
Photo editing and post‑production.
Fast turnaround workflow management.
