About the role
The Department of Industrial and Mechanical Engineering at the School of Engineering, located in Byblos, Lebanon, is looking for a full-time lab instructor in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering. Applications are reviewed continuously until the position is filled, with an expected start date of January 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate laboratory courses, and potentially other courses in the future
- Maintain the laboratories
- Order the necessary equipment and consumables
Courses to teach include MEE212 (Computer Applications in ME), MEE333 (Manufacturing Lab), MEE351 (Computer Aided Design Lab), MEE391 (Instrumentation and Measurements Lab), MEE392 (Machine Shop), MEE446 (Control Systems Lab), INE451 (Simulation Lab) and INE417 (Ergonomics Lab).
Required profile
- A master's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related field
