Key Account & Product Specialist – Lebanon

About the role

The role is responsible for driving market share and revenue growth for a specialized product portfolio across key hospitals and clinics in Lebanon, covering the territory from Achrafieh to Akkar.

Key responsibilities

• Drive market share and revenue growth for a specialized product portfolio across targeted hospitals and clinics from Achrafieh to Akkar.
• Identify, map, and engage key stakeholders, including KOLs, specialist physicians, pharmacy directors, and purchasing committees.
• Deliver high‑impact clinical presentations and organize regional scientific events such as RTDs, symposia, and local medical education sessions.
• Navigate complex hospital procurement processes, support hospital listings, and monitor tender timelines.
• Analyze territory data to optimize resource allocation and build comprehensive account business plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven sales or key account management experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Deep understanding of hospital formulary and purchasing dynamics with a strong track record of KOL development.
• Exceptional consultative selling and negotiation abilities, focused on clinical value and patient outcomes.
• Residency within Achrafieh, Maten, or Kesserwan and a valid driver’s licence with readiness to cover the territory up to Akkar.
