Junior/Mid-Level Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a talented Junior/Mid‑Level Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The role involves developing visually engaging assets across digital, social, print and marketing channels while collaborating closely with Creative and Account Management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative designs and visual assets for digital, social media, print and marketing campaigns.
• Translate briefs and concepts into compelling design solutions.
• Create and adapt artwork for multiple formats, platforms and specifications.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and uphold high visual standards.
• Manage several design assignments simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and solutions.
• Stay updated on design trends, techniques and industry developments.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently while preserving final output quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of professional experience in advertising, creative, digital or marketing environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, design skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
