About the role
Aspire Software is seeking a Junior Voice QA & Automation Analyst to join its team. The role focuses on evaluating AI-driven voice interactions, pinpointing issues, and creating automated solutions that feed real‑time performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Listen to AI‑to‑guest calls and assess call quality and accuracy.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses in the voice AI system.
- Develop automated pipelines to transform analysis results into live key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with development and data teams to implement improvements.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong curiosity for AI technologies.
- Detail‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a fast‑paced environment.
