About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Site Engineer to join our team working on construction projects across Africa. This position is ideal for a fresh civil engineering graduate eager to gain hands‑on site experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in site supervision and ensure work follows the approved plans.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs and progress reports.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors, team members, and management.
  • Support identification and resolution of on‑site technical challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in site meetings and assist in reporting.

Required profile

  • Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong personality with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good command of spoken English and French.
  • Willingness to relocate immediately and possess a passport valid for more than one year.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
  • Strong computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
