About the role
We are seeking a Junior Operations Executive to support our freight pricing and logistics operations within the Operations Department. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in shipping coordination and customer communication.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare freight quotations and pricing.
- Coordinate daily shipping and logistics operations.
- Communicate with carriers, agents, and customers.
- Follow up on shipments to ensure smooth execution.
- Support the operations team with day‑to‑day activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Transport & Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
