About the role
The Junior IT Support Specialist will join our technical team to ensure smooth daily operation of our information systems. You will work closely with end‑users, providing prompt assistance and contributing to the reliability of our IT environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily operating system support to SES users.
- Handle user‑initiated requests and incidents.
- Deliver technical certifications support and guidance.
- Manage stock of IT equipment and consumables.
- Support applications and resolve system access issues.
- Test and evaluate new hardware or software products.
- Maintain a detailed work log of all tasks performed.
- Perform additional related duties as delegated by management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Professional behavior, ethical conduct and accountability.
- Strong English communication skills.
Required skills
- Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification (preferred).
