About the role
We are looking for a Junior Inventory Controller to support our fast‑growing grocery delivery operation. The role involves ensuring accurate stock records across our warehouses and retail locations, helping to maintain the high service standards our customers expect.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with cycle counts, internal stock takes, and audited inventories, ensuring quantities and values match the system.
- Identify and report discrepancies, escalating issues when inventory processes are not followed.
- Coordinate with the senior inventory controller before and after stock counts.
- Perform physical verification, regular reconciliations, and monitor overall stock activity.
- Help develop and implement inventory policies and procedures.
- Participate in monthly and annual field stock counts and work with the warehouse team to reduce inventory obsolescence.
Required profile
- 0‑1 year of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG or retail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
