Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

FlySquid is a growth agency based in Dubai and Montreal that helps e-commerce brands, clinics and service businesses grow through performance marketing and AI-powered sales systems. One designer currently handles all visual work, including weekly social content, static ads, email and WhatsApp designs, branding and website work. This role takes the repeatable production work off her plate so she can focus on concepts and branding, while a senior designer reviews your work.

Key responsibilities

• Social media design: create weekly posts and stories from approved calendars, adapted to each client's brand, in the right sizes for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Ad creative: build static ad sets from briefs, produce variations and resizes, and handle revision rounds
• Email and WhatsApp design: build email designs from approved copy and templates, and keep each client's email look consistent
• Assets and file management: keep brand folders in Drive organised, collect client assets, name and version files, and keep ClickUp tasks and files up to date

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of design experience, or a strong portfolio from internships, freelance or university projects
• Confident in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, or Figma; Canva is a plus but not a substitute
• Fluent in Arabic, English and French, as clients are in the Middle East and Canada
• Nice to have: paid social ad design experience, basic motion or animation, email design in Klaviyo or Mailchimp, and experience with clinics, e-commerce or retail brands

To apply, submit through the posting with your CV or LinkedIn, a public portfolio link, a short note on the tools you use and how many designs you can produce per week.
