Junior FX Account Manager (Remote – Lebanon)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior FX Account Manager to join our fully remote team, supporting clients based in Lebanon. This entry‑level position offers a fast‑track into the foreign‑exchange sector, allowing you to develop client‑facing skills while learning our trading platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with FX clients throughout their onboarding journey.
• Assist clients in navigating the trading platform and accessing our suite of services.
• Provide timely support and answer client inquiries in English and Arabic.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth account setup and ongoing satisfaction.
• Track client activity and contribute to performance‑based commission calculations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in client‑facing, sales, support, or account management.
• Finance background is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic; additional language is a strong advantage.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
