Junior Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Coordinator to support the House of Christmas in delivering community events, fundraising activities and social media outreach. The role works closely with the board and members to plan and execute key initiatives that strengthen livelihoods across Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing events such as food distribution drives, the annual Christmas market and fundraising campaigns.
• Manage relationships with exhibitors, partners and tombola donors, providing on‑site support during events.
• Develop and implement content strategies for Instagram and other social platforms, creating high‑quality posts that align with the organization’s mission.
• Monitor and respond to social media interactions, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Collaborate with HOC members to assess fundraising and communication needs, proposing new opportunities and strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and able to manage multiple tasks during key event dates.
• Commitment to social causes and helping others.

Required skills

• Content creation for Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Experience with social media management tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
