IT Service Support Internship

About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Service Support Intern to join our team for up to two months. The intern will assist corporate users by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Install and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and related software.
- Support and maintain Windows Server environments.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
- Provide first‑line network troubleshooting and technical assistance.
- Document incidents and resolutions in the help‑desk system.
Required profile
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
