IT Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on IT Manager to lead our technology infrastructure and support the development of a secure, reliable, and scalable digital payments platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, servers, networks, databases and related IT environments.
• Ensure availability, performance and security of critical fintech systems, including backup, disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.
• Coordinate integrations with banks, payment providers, APIs and other third‑party systems.
• Implement IT security policies, access controls and system monitoring in close collaboration with the CISO.
• Oversee technology vendors, licenses, contracts and IT budgets.
• Support deployment and maintenance of mobile app and digital wallet platforms.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably in fintech, banking, payments or financial services.
• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure or technology operations.
• Strong documentation, process‑building and vendor management capabilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
