IT Helpdesk Technician – Onsite Support in Beirut

About the role

Electric Power Engineers, LLC is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to provide on‑site technical support for its corporate office in Beirut. You will install, maintain, test, and repair computer systems and networks, ensuring smooth daily operations for both local and remote employees.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network components.
• Provide telephone, email, and remote assistance to resolve IT issues promptly.
• Configure and set up equipment for new hires in collaboration with HR and Finance.
• Manage inventory of IT assets, track orders, and maintain accurate records.
• Document standard operating procedures, policies, and related documentation.
• Monitor the service‑desk ticket system, prioritize tickets, and keep status updates current.
• Conduct proactive floor surveys and communicate with satellite sites to anticipate support needs.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hands‑on IT support experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with patience and professionalism.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Experience collaborating with executive teams and cross‑functional departments.

• Microsoft 365 suite.
