IT Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to manage and support our IT infrastructure, systems, and networks. The role ensures seamless operation of hardware, software, and networking while providing technical support to internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide technical support to end‑users via ticketing systems, phone, or in‑person.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control using Active Directory or similar tools.
• Maintain system documentation, including configuration records and IT policies.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures, including antivirus, firewalls, and data backups.
• Evaluate and recommend new hardware and software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support project initiatives and IT integrations.
• Maintain regular updates and patches for all systems and software.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network engineering.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
