Internal Auditor

About the role

The Internal Auditor will lead audit and quality‑control assignments in line with the company’s internal audit plan, supporting the organization’s vision and risk‑management objectives. The role ensures data integrity, compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, and provides actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly audits across flagship, standalone and regional stores, verifying adherence to policies, procedures and the authority matrix.
• Assess risks, evaluate existing and new procedures, and propose enhancements to strengthen internal controls.
• Conduct inventory audits, spot checks at points of sale and cash‑receiving locations, and follow up on audit findings.
• Prepare audit reports, present recommendations to stakeholders and monitor implementation of corrective actions.
• Participate in investigations of loss or fraud incidents, suggesting preventive measures.
• Lead quarterly quality‑control assignments, review compliance with international standards and coordinate external on‑site audits.
• Support departments in implementing new policies and procedures, and provide business solutions to improve daily audit operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal audit, risk assessment or quality control within a multi‑site environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps and recommend practical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder interaction.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal audit standards.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple audit assignments simultaneously.
