Interior Architect – FF&E Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Interior Architect with a strong focus on Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E). The role involves translating design concepts into functional interiors while managing the full FF&E lifecycle from selection to installation.

Key responsibilities

• Select and specify FF&E items, ensuring alignment with design intent and budget.
• Create mood boards and material presentations to communicate concepts.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain samples, quotations, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare detailed FF&E schedules, specifications, and documentation.
• Support procurement, logistics, and on‑site installation phases.

Required profile

• Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience in FF&E and interior design projects.
• Strong knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, and lighting.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
