Insurance Consultant

About the role

SNA Lebanon, an insurance provider founded in Beirut in 1963 and serving over 45,000 customers across Lebanon, is hiring a full-time hybrid Insurance Consultant based in Beirut. The consultant guides clients on insurance products, evaluates their needs and recommends suitable solutions. The role is open to candidates who can work remotely part of the time.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and prepare insurance proposals
• Evaluate clients' specific needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Manage client relationships and stay up to date on current policies and market trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service

Required profile

• Consulting experience, with the ability to assess client needs and tailor solutions
• Previous experience in insurance or related financial services is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
• Fluency in English and Arabic; knowledge of French is a plus

• Customer service and communication skills to build trusting client relationships
• Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks
