Insurance Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an Insurance Consultant to join ADIR Insurance in Lebanon. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand and select the most appropriate insurance solutions for their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on a range of insurance products and recommend suitable coverage options based on client assessments.
• Evaluate client needs through detailed consultations and risk analysis.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Assist clients with policy documentation, applications, and any required follow‑up.
• Communicate clearly and effectively to explain policy terms, conditions, and benefits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.
