Implementation Specialist – MENA/GCC

About the role

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to lead the onboarding of enterprise customers across the MENA and GCC regions. You will act as the primary partner from kickoff to go‑live, configuring our AI‑native support platform, integrating with existing tools, and training customer teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end customer implementations, from kickoff through go‑live.
• Configure Open.cx to match each client’s workflow, connecting tools such as Zendesk, Intercom and HubSpot.
• Run enablement sessions and ensure adoption across all customer levels.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex implementation issues, including third‑party integrations.
• Collaborate with Customer Engineering and Product teams, sharing feedback and prioritising improvements.
• Develop deep expertise in our AI agents and prompt iteration to advise customers.
• Document recurring implementation patterns to strengthen internal knowledge bases.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading customer implementations, onboarding or technical projects in a SaaS environment.
• Strong technical aptitude with APIs and integration tools.
• Hands‑on experience with AI agents or a strong willingness to learn prompt engineering quickly.
• Excellent project‑management skills to keep multiple implementations on track.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken, for enterprise stakeholder interactions.
• Bias for action in a fast‑moving startup and comfort working remotely with global customers.
