HR Contractor – Employee Services (Lebanon/Jordan)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Contractor to join its HR Shared Services Centre (HRSSC) as an Employee Services Associate. The role focuses on handling employee service requests via the ServiceNow platform and providing ad‑hoc HR support across the Middle East region.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve employee service requests (e.g., leave balance, payroll, loan, allowance, company letters) submitted through ServiceNow.
• Prioritise and track pending requests, ensuring resolution within defined Service Level Agreements.
• Monitor request turnaround times and report any discrepancies to management.
• Maintain employee data changes (benefits, dependents, status) and coordinate with benefits providers.
• Evaluate eligibility for the referral program and process referral awards.
• Consolidate payroll‑impacting changes each month and share with Finance before cut‑off.
• Prepare periodic service‑request summaries for business stakeholders.
• Manage EOS payments through a verified third‑party fund manager.
• Create ad‑hoc service requests for HR business partners and employees without ServiceNow access.
• Handle employee verification requests from third parties in line with data‑sharing policies.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of HR service delivery processes.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
