HR Business Partner – Media & Advertising

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to support our media and advertising teams in Beirut. The role combines strategic partnership with day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring that talent, culture and performance initiatives are tightly aligned with business goals in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Business Directors, Managing Directors and department heads to align HR strategy with business objectives, including workforce planning and org design for media functions.
• Provide insights on hiring strategy, retention risks and capability gaps; collaborate with Talent Acquisition on media role recruitment.
• Support onboarding, integration of new hires, and launch of new client accounts or service lines.
• Develop scalable HR frameworks, policies and performance review cycles; coach managers on performance conversations and development planning.
• Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and under‑performance management.
• Oversee compensation reviews, benefits alignment and salary benchmarking for media roles; ensure compliance with local labor laws and support audits.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of HR experience, with mandatory experience in a media, advertising or digital agency.
• Proven track record supporting team setups, scaling operations, new account launches and multi‑market (MENA) environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Hands‑on experience with performance management, employee relations and HR compliance.
• Solid commercial acumen and data‑driven mindset for interpreting HR metrics.
